MEDAIR HAS IMPROVED THE INTEREST WITH THE CORPORATION OF ÇIRAĞAN
There is a demand bang to the helicopter tours which are the collaboration of Çırağan Palas Kempinski and Esas Holding (Medair). Medair has put 3 helicopters from its fleet to the service aiming to increase the vehicle number to the 15. On the other hand Çırağan Palace makes a difference by giving VIP service on air. Besides Çırağan Palace customers and tourists businessmen who want to reach Çerezköy where the industry is intense show big interest to the helicopter transportation.
Haluk Ertan, Çırağan Palace Kempinski personnel and risk management director told that they had decided to diversify and increase air taxi services. He added "Through VIP service our costumers arrive at the hotel without stepping down the earth."
Medair sales and marketing manager Etem Emre Yıldız also signalized that it takes only 10-15 minutes to get the hotel for customers.
An increase with the number of people who want to go Çerkezköy
According to the deal between Medair and Çırağan Palas Kempinski ; airport-hotel transportations, special trips, photograph taking and film shooting are available. Haluk Ertan noted that Çırağan had had an enrolled pad since 2000. We had been working with another company for 8 years but it became deficient in years. Therefore we decided to work with Medair thinking it can meet our demands with its larger passenger capacity and facilities.
Ertan cited that "predominantly there is a huge demand to the airport transportations and İstanbul Tours, the number of people who want to go Çerkezköy increases day by day, in previous years we used to lose some of our costumers since we did not have two-engined helicopters. However, we have 3 different helicopter options now . Besides Çırağan Palace's garden- 46 hectare- is a huge chance for Heliport."
It is possible to improve the interest with these projects
Etem Emre Yıldız said that with the collaboration they are planning to supply tourism and simplify the access. Yıldız; "We are giving VIP class service to our costumers. We meet them at the apron and bring them to our helicopters with the accompany of security guards and burden their luggage. They arrive at the hotel without any traffic and with the splendid İstanbul view in 10-15 minutes."
Yıldız also draws attention to that the businessmen save how much time by the helicopter service.
Pointing out that there are only 34 helicopters in Turkey and this is inadequate, Yıldız; "We are the leader in Turkey with our 3 helicopters now but we are targeting to improve number to 15 till 2015."
